We make every effort to ship your purchases from us as soon as possible, our goal is one to three days of your credit card approval.  This is to ensure secure, fraud-free transactions, not to inconvenience our customers. All shipments are subject to UPS shipping, handling, and insurance charges. Although shipping choices are provided for UPS delivery, some or all items may be delivered via US Postal Service, especially on small orders and/or split shipments. Shipping estimates for US Postal Service reflect total charges, not just stamped prices on delivery containers.

We offer shipping via UPS Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Select, US Postal Priority Mail. Regulations involved with the processing of international orders preclude us from serving foreign customers in a cost effective and timely manner.  Therefore, Xbowsplus only ships to the contiguous 48 United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. 

 Due to recent changes in the shipping industry, we now use a dimensional weight formula to calculate the correct shipping weight of many products that we sell.  Specifically this affects products that are relatively lightweight in relation to the box they are packaged in, for example, a box of arrows.  The actual weight of this product in it's container may be 0.45 lbs, but UPS's formula computes based upon the container's dimensions. In this case, using the dimensional weight formula the result would be 0.9 lbs.  Whichever weight is greatest, dimensional or actual is what UPS charges us, and therefore to our customers.

An insurance fee is applied to all orders to protect our customers against shipping damage or abuse.  It is your responsibily to inspect the package(s) right away upon receipt for signs of being opened, abused, or otherwise damaged in transit.  If you accept the package in bad condition, the insurance could be voided.  Please contact us at customerservice@xbowsplus.com  for return instructions in such an event.

Your satisfaction with Xbowsplus products and service is our goal.  To that end, if you are unhappy with any product that you have received from us, contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase, and  return the purchase in its original unopened box. Opened boxes or contacting us after 7 days will nullify our offer for a full refund.  Improper use or abuse of products could void manufacturer warranty and return priviledges to Xbowsplus and/or manufacturer. Exchanges will be considered at Xbowsplus' discretion, and only for products of equal or greater value.  Additionally, exchanges fall under the same 7 day and original unopened package conditions as returns. All exchanges and returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. SALES OF ALL CROSSBOW ARROWS, STRINGS, ROPE COCKERS, AND COCKING AIDS ARE FINAL DUE TO SAFETY REASONS AT XBOWSPLUS. All orders & backorders that are cancelled by the customer are subject to a 5% cancellation fee on the total original purchase price, including shipping, taxes, and other fees.
